By accessing or using Aquaris, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law to use Aquaris.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your business profile up to date.
- One person or entity may not operate multiple accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- List illegal goods or services.
- Misrepresent your business or impersonate others.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Scrape or harvest data without our written permission.
4. Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant Aquaris a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it on the platform.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
